MY STORY
Hi! I’m Oxana
As an international health and fitness specialist, I’ve dedicated the past 14 years of my life to helping clients in gyms and medical facilities across both Europe and the USA.
My journey began when I joined my first gym at the age of 15. My coach took me under his wing, and taught me everything he knew about fitness. I loved my body transformation so much that I started competing in powerlifting, and a few years later decided to make fitness my career. My passion for fitness and an active lifestyle hasn’t stopped since! I pursued experience in everything from pilates and yoga, to strength and cardiovascular training.
Because sports, fitness, and wellness are a huge part of my life, I constantly engage in physical activities, even when I’m away from the gym. I am an adventure-seeker and outdoor enthusiast, so in my free time you can find me on the mountain—hiking, biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, or camping.
My own love for sports and athletics inspires me to help injured people get back to the active lifestyles they love. Being a Corrective Exercise Specialist enables me to help them get back in the game of life and remain functional in everyday activities, which is truly fulfilling for me.

MY PHILOSOPHY
I believe that
since every person is unique, each comprehensive exercise program should be unique too. I create customized programs based on clients’ strengths and weaknesses, the challenges they’ve had in the past, their current nutrition, and their future goals.
The primary focus of any successful training program is simple: Progress. Rushing after results can lead to dysfunctional training, which can cause injuries. I’m a strong believer that the body’s primary purpose is to function—and function properly and effortlessly!—so I always establish programs by first correcting any possible misalignments or overactive/underactive muscles. This ensures that the body is performing optimally, without any compensations.
Gaining foundational knowledge to understand how your body operates is just as important as enjoying your workouts. I always mix different styles of training to keep it fresh and fun for your mind, as well as challenging for your body.
I would love to have an opportunity to guide and motivate YOU through this journey to attain the best shape of your life no matter what your goals are!
