Stronger & stronger each day!
January, 2011 I underwent rotator cuff repair surgery. An injury to my shoulder caused my arm to suffer from a condition called “frozen shoulder” and it took 6 months of physical therapy. I had lost all shoulder and arm strength. I could not even carry a bag of heavy groceries because I was so debilitated from the loss of strength. I decided to work with a personal trainer to regain my strength. I am so thankful for the persistent, diligent, and hard working personal trainer Oxana.
Oxana has a very in-depth knowledge and understanding of how the body and muscles work and how far she can push you to get a great workout every session and accomplish your goals. Every time I perform an exercise she is intently watching – she notices every tiny movement and adjusts accordingly. She is such an expert at her craft. You can really sense the passion for fitness that she has and it becomes contagious!
Thanks to her I am a different person now and growing stronger each day. I can now do things that I couldn’t do before because I am so much stronger. I could not have done this on my own without the aid, help, work and guidance of Oxana, and for that I am so grateful!
I highly recommend Oxana to anybody who needs to get back to normal functional living with proper rehab, maintenance and prevention of future injuries training.

Kept me in shape during and after my pregnancy!
I was very fortunate to have been able to train with Oxana during and after my pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable about Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness and was always happy to answer my questions and address my concerns. Based on my goals during pregnancy, Oxana designed a workout plan that was challenging, but not overly strenuous. She clearly explained and demonstrated each exercise and how each muscle group was involved.
During our sessions, Oxana would carefully watch each movement and adjust my form to ensure I was getting the full benefit of the exercise. Towards the end of my pregnancy, I injured my ankle and could not stand during our training sessions. Oxana quickly modified my program so that I was still able to benefit from our training sessions together. Post pregnancy, Oxana slowly got me back into training to strengthen not only my core muscles, but also my entire body. She knew how far she could push me without causing me undo pain and discomfort.
I am very grateful for the time I spent with Oxana and the knowledge I gained from her expertise.

I met Oxana at a Yoga workshop I was hosting and we immediately gravitated toward one another. Her knowledge for body mechanics is amazing! She has a very keen eye and creates fun and dynamic workouts that keep me curious and engaged. For many years I’ve had a strong resistance to going to gyms and utilizing the equipment they have to offer. Many of the equipment I now thank her for introducing me to. They aren’t that bad after all!
I started personal training sessions with her to strengthen my side obliques and had immediate results in taking pressure off my spinal column. We continue our sessions together to strengthen areas of my body that have been weak and asleep for years. In only 1 session, she’s helped me correct and understand my muscles, their role as well as proper form for my body that I’ve taken into all areas of my life.
Awarenesses that have propelled my personal Yoga practice and total body workouts. I take all the awarenesses she has given me into simply opening a heavy door.

One of the few things in life that is free is to enjoy the great things you can do outdoors, that is if you're fit enough to take advantage of it. Whether it's biking or skiing, ball sports or swimming or just walking for miles. Sadly we take it for granted to do any of it and leave it behind until the day comes that you are no longer able.
Oxana who is herself an outdoor enthusiast reawakens and expands my abilities to really enjoy outdoor living. Training with Oxana keeps me engaged and enthusiastic about developing more strength and endurance, balance and flexibility to tackle any outdoor or indoor pursuits.
As a professional trainer myself I have relied on Oxana's physical expertise to keep me honest about my own fitness and physical ability. I know the value of her training because I myself provide that to others so I know she's good and serious about her effectiveness with her clients and with me.
It's been over 5 years since we began and each time we train she gives me a good reason to continue improving my condition.
MARTY HUBERT
Finally can squat and press without restrictions and pain.
I like to lift heavy so my muscles have always been very tight, and at some point it started effecting my workouts a lot. I didn't have enough flexibility in my legs to perform squats even to parallel. My shoulders lacked mobility and it was hard to do presses overhead. That's when I realized I need to work on my flexibility.
I started taking flexibility training sessions with Oxana and almost immediately felt relief in my muscles. Little by little my joint mobility started to increase and so as my range of motion. In about a month or so I was finally able to squat below parallel without any tension or pain and perform overhead exercises without compensating with my back. I also have to mention that my muscles stopped fatiguing as fast as they used to and the quality of my workouts has drastically improved as my muscles got a lot more power.
Oxana also shared her vision on clean eating and kept encouraging me to start eating healthier. It took me some time to start executing on that , but when I finally started following her nutrition guidelines my body fat percentage started dropping down fast. Overall I lost 21 pounds!
I recommend Oxana to anyone who is ready to take their fitness to the next level!

Pain free.
My name is Richard. I am 66 years old and was in decent physical condition before started training with a personal trainer Oxana. I did have some back pain and was looking for the correct type of exercises to minimize this pain. My main goal was improving my overall cardio conditioning, balance, strength and health. Oxana has greatly helped me with providing both the proper form and types of exercises to help with the goals listed above. She has corrected my form on some of the different exercises I was not doing properly such as the squat. Oxana creates individualized workouts for each session to target my strengths and weaknesses to give me the overall physique, strength and stamina I strive for.
She constantly pushes me farther than I would push myself and is genuinely concerned with accomplishing my fitness goals and me as a person. I have noticed a big improvement in my balance. My back pain has decreased significantly and my cardio conditioning has improved. I have noticed that my body is more toned.
One of the best things about Oxana’s training is she will work with me to make sure I have the proper form when doing the exercises and if I have trouble with a certain exercise she always finds an alternative exercise to accomplish the same results. Thank you so much Oxana for your guidance, knowledge and motivation!

My name is Domenica and I have always been active and worked out consistently. However at some point I decided to take my workouts to the next level and wanted an extra push to see what else my body is capable of.
I started working out with Oxana when she was still at 24 Hour Fitness about 5 years ago so my testimonial is long overdue. Then is when my life changed and my workouts were no longer the way they used to be.

Gave me my life back!
Hello, my name is Hugh and I am 73 years old. I have been training with Oxana for over 5 years and can’t say enough positive things about her. She gave me my life, health and self-esteem back! It all started when my health really went downhill, I was constantly seeing doctors and taking pills for everything that could happen to me.I gained over 20 pounds, my clothes didn’t fit me anymore, I lost my self-esteem and wasn’t happy with myself and my health.
When we first started training the sessions were tough for me but she was there every step of the way to keep me going and not let me quit on myself and after a short period of time I started enjoying working out immensely.
Oxana has a truly amazing personal touch and compassion for all the needs and obstacles I am trying to overcome. She keeps things interesting by changing the routine, developing unique exercises, and adapting to my current abilities and I look forward to every training session.
She is truly awesome. Needless to say, I’ve accomplished all my original goals, my clothes fit me perfectly again and I am very happy with my overall physique. I recommend Oxana to anybody who wants to feel good, look good, (like her – you have to see her for that), she is still my trainer to this day and the best trainer ever!

She is my inspiration and a role model.
My name is Saimir I'm 37 years old. I always tried to work out and keep in shape since my teens. I also played soccer as a hobby so I used to be in an "ok" shape. But I knew I needed improvement.
In 2012 I met Oxana, or O as I like to call her. After a while training with her I saw major difference in my physique - I looked better then ever! My endurance, stamina and my strength increased significantly. My balance and coordination were improved and my soccer game got a lot better. I was really happy. I was looking and feeling better then when I was in my 20s.
Then in 2015 I was diagnosed with a life threatening very rare disease, so I suffered a lot for a few months and had a very big surgery. A few months after I was able to walk on my own again and started slowly regaining my strength back. Oxana came and visited me to see how I was doing and encouraged me to slowly get back to the gym, so 6 months after the surgery I tried going back. The way I looked and felt was terrible. I was all bones and skin and a fluffy belly with a huge scar on it. But she kept insisting I keep up and telling me I will get strong again and will feel good about myself again.
It hasn't been a year since I started working out with her again but I feel and look almost like I used to before I got sick. I am almost at my normal weight and got my strength back and gained my muscles back. I'm even back to playing soccer at the same speed and performance as before!Basically I got my life back and I'm super happy, and I have Oxana to thank for.

Helped in my recovery from herniated discs.
I began working with Oxana after I had been cleared to return to work after suffering a herniated disc in my cervical spine. At first the goal of my workouts were focused on strengthening the muscle groups associated with my injury. As we continued the workouts have progressed from being focused on one muscle group to a more whole body workout based on functionality.
These workouts have not only helped in my recovery from herniated discs but, have also helped with my job performance, as a firefighter, which requires some heavy lifting, and carrying significant weight throughout the day.
Training with Oxana has opened my eyes, so to say, as to how important fitness is to everyday activities.

Helped me overcome mental setbacks and break my plateau.
I was looking to improve my strength and physique. As a former athlete I thought I had the tools to break through my plateau. However, I was unsuccessful and realized my need for a personal trainer.
I met Oxana through a training session at my local gym and have been thankful ever since. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in teaching proper exercise techniques in order to meet my fitness goals. Oxana made every effort to know what my fitness needs were.
She accurately pushed me to the limit, and helped me overcome mental setbacks. She also did a great job of explaining the purpose of each exercise, which I find very useful with the new techniques being used these days. One of the things I truly appreciate about Oxana is that she is personable and attentive during your sessions. Thanks to her, I was able to break my plateau and have new tools for my workout regimen.
I am sad that she will be leaving the area to the west coast, but I know that she will continue to work her magic with other clients.

I first met Oxana when she was still working for 24 Hour Fitness, and it’s has been 5 years since she’s been working with me.
Over this time my strength and balance have improved significantly. She knows how to motivate one to go to the next level! Oxana always made sure that I use proper form. Core exercises at every session. At the end of my workout Oxana always stretched my legs and hips.
She is the best and I will miss her!
